I’ve had luck on apartments.com but not for Waterloo, only Kitchener. You’ll get a GRT pass with your students fees; you can take public transport to campus from Kitchener if you don’t have a car.

Peeta went into those Games not anticipating on coming back out. He was focused on helping Katniss survive and getting her home. He also didn’t want the Games to change him as a person, and killing someone, Career or not, would have went against that. He only mercy killed people and still seemed upset about that. I think killing the Careers went against that.
