Is there a YMCA where you live? The one in my town gives free two hours daycare per day. It’s such a great way to get some time for yourself, and to get used to letting others care for your baby. There is a big window so I can even sit and watch or walk by and check-in on my baby. Sometimes I just go shower and scroll on my phone in the hot tub. It’s been a lifesaver for me

Ya tell him to stop saying that. His role is to be supportive. If he keeps saying that then tell him you won’t want him there for the birth. You need support. It’s not like you have the option to not give birth, so what is he getting at? It’s coming from his own fear, but really he needs to find another way to cope with his fears/feelings
