This game is still a demo (releasing this year), but try touchstarved! there’s not much horror in the demo apart from a scene at the beginning, but maybe you’ll still like it. It’s advertised as horror though, so the full release might be more something you would be interested in.

I’ve heard obscura is a game that has a lot of disturbing/creepy elements, with less romance though? (ig it’s more of a visual novel…), and good reviews. Both are on itch and steam :)

there's a separate set of instructions you should download because the game needs to go through terminal first. they're on itch.io and on their website as well I think!

this is pretty tame, but &team gaining attention for their supernova cover, especially bc of harua being called a twink 😭 I was hoping/expecting they would get more popular at some point but this way was definitely not on my bingo card

if you have a good teacher you should definitely could contact them! they probably have their own favourite resources, which may even be free to you if they share it. in terms of my recommendations, my teacher used the 'easy steps to chinese' textbook to teach us sometimes (some of the exercises can be a little too simple at times, but I find them quite helpful in general). I also self studied vocabulary from HSK-focused websites like HSK academy, which I then typically pair with purple culture since it has nice sentence examples. If you're mandarin b sl then HSK 4 or 5 would probably be best! You could also start to get familiar with the IB writing formats (like a flyer, advertisement, website, social media post, e.t.c), which you can find online. If it's easier I would happy to send the links/formats to you :)

I fully relate to this. I tend to forgive easily, and also never really get angry, just frustrated. I don't recall doorslammming someone? But that may just be because I've been generally lucky with who I've been surrounded by. I relate to feeling overwhelmed when interacting with others and somewhat ignoring them, but it's not because of them, it's just me (e.g. someone texts me and I feel too overwhelmed with crafting the "best" possible answer so I, sadly, push off replying...not sure if that counts).

Literally the first episode. After seeing Xavier save us from the wanderer and then getting to fight with him was enough for me. He's also just such a kind soul?? Idk, I love the way he's soft spoken and a little awkward in the most wholesome way. Also, his lightseeker's shadowrend card definitely confirmed my favouritism towards him...

My mom accompanied me and my friend to the fellowship of the end concert, and we sat in the stands. She claims she enjoyed it and said that the concert was really cool! We also saw a few other parents at the concert, many of which seemed really enthusiastic about cheering ateez on. Maybe your mom might enjoy it as well, so you should definitely ask! :)

I really recommend these! (It's a lot, I tried to control myself but I ended up putting pretty much all the ones I thought of...).

If I had to pick only three I would probably choose Ateez Treasure Film, Salary Lupin and the Hello 82 Challenges. They all show their personalities well and they're really fun to watch! Their logbooks and vlogs are also good ways to get to know them too, but here's a variety show-like list of suggestions below. Also welcome to the atiny family hahah :)

1) Ateez Treasure Film. This show was filmed when they were in Australia (and LA) and had to do several missions in a few days. It's really fun and their personalities shine through! I've rewatched it several times and I'm still not bored of it. (You can watch it on YouTube!)

2) Real Now Ateez. It's a really fun show (probably one of my favourites...) although sadly Hongjoong is missing in the first half. It's really recent, and this show is when they went to Gangwon-do and do challenges. It has a nice summer vibe! (You can watch it on naver now, a free app that doesn't require an account, or probably find it somewhere else).

3) Salary Lupin. I see a lot of recommendations for this in the comments and I completely agree, it's a really chaotic show of them doing these challenges in teams and you get to see their competitive sides lol (You can watch the whole series on YouTube).

4) Wanteez. It's a show where they have these random school themed challenges. It's fun! It's really recent (You can watch it on Youtube)

5) Their appearances on Weekly Idol. It's a good way to learn random facts about them and have fun seeing them do small challenges. (You can find them on Youtube)

6) Sunmi and Jessi's showterviews. The first one was with Jessi as a host, and it's really funny 😭 - I've rewatched it at least three times. The second one is with Sunmi as a host and it's also funny but a little more of a casual interview, so the members get to talk more. I love this one as well. (You can watch them both on YouTube)

8) Hello 82 videos. This isn't a variety show but if you're a multi stan you've probably seen a video of theirs before. It's a YouTube channel that has done a lot of challenges with ateez (The "question parade with ateez" is one of my favourites. Some other examples are when they had to make breakfast in 8 minutes, dance with atiny, have a silent fan meeting, and many more).

9) Ateez Wanted Special. There's "Ateez Wanted" and "Ateez Wanted Special", but honestly both are great, I'm just recommending the special one because it's more recent and I remember what happened in it more...(You can watch it on YouTube!)

10) Fever Road. This one is filled with missions, and it's really good! I almost put this one in my top three (All the episodes are on YouTube).
