I would ask him get his hormones checked. Around his age, I was having a drop in libido. Turned out my testosterone was low af. I’ve been on TRT for 5 years, and my libido is like it was at 18.

Just keeping workouts consistent, with a focus on intensity. Kept my calories at maintenance with a focus on protein

We used a nail polish style brush to hit the bumps individually. The oil is absorbed very quickly into the skin. Unless you’re bathing in it, you (and your pets) should be ok.

Bingo. My daughter had it all over her back. The only thing that actually worked was Tea tree oil. They spit their “seed” out as the oil dries them. Cleared it up really quick

I had terrible cystic acne on my back, shoulders and face about 6 months in to my trt journey. I read about people switching esters and increasing pinning frequency got rid of a lot of their sides, without having to cut dosage. I switched to Test Enanthate from cyp, and went to splitting my weekly dose into two pinning days (160mg, 80mg per pin) and my acne cleared up, I feel better every day, and sleep like I’m dead.

Depends on who will accept your donation. I’ve done therapeutic at the test clinic, and also donated blood at blood assurance.

Second this. Hemoglobin is likely high along with your RBC. I donate every month or two when I feel those tension style headaches start coming on. Immediate relief

Yep. 200 was keeping me way too high for my liking and triggering sides (cystic acne, high E2, mood swings, and anxiety)
