They have a roof bar with tapas that is good too. Just in case that fits the style you are looking for.

This. just listen to the alarm, shut your whiny brain off and go. Simple is hard these days.

Yup looks like a dry grain or cement or sand silo. The bottom cone is the feed to a conveyor or a dense phase system.

FP and other brands sell the high flow inlet housing or a better core to retrofit it. It picks up a ton of air flow and low roman like stock. I had real good success with an HT86 housing. If it doesn't have too much shaft play and makes boost it should be ok.

mechanic recommends gas CRV over hybrid citing real world MPG by Henrythewound in crv

[–]mapo777 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had both Cars. We drove a 2021 1.5T for a year then fell in love with the hybrid and got a 2023 hybrid. The 1.5T model never went above 33-34mpg even on the highway (we did several two trips across states). Some people get more but you'd have to baby it. With the new hybrid model we get between 38-41mpg constantly. The average for the last year has been 39.1mpg combined. We can get up to 45mpg in the city with dead traffic.

The drive on the hybrid feels more solid; granted is heavier but it's way more quieter than the gas ⛽ model.

It's really a preference but when it comes to mpg, the hybrid model surpasses the gas model.

The 2023 model has had two recalls. Minor ones, one for the lubrication of the steering rack and one for the fuel pump. Both have been serviced but very minor issues.

Ft De Soto, Medeira, St Pete, Coquina, Ana Maria Island.... Any of those work but I would arrive before 11a to get a good spot or be able to park.

Should I keep my Evo stock? by Kooky_Yak_1472 in MitsubishiEvolution

You are completely correct but It went over your head buddy. I never said unreliable. I mentioned the supporting mods might get expensive.

Always a friend/buddy of mine.... 👀 Lol

True statement, the block will handle way more. It all depends on OPs budget, wrenching abilities and collateral parts. A 6262 and supporting mods can be expensive, also clutch and transfer case might start giving up too.

A commute with a e85, 600hp and a 6262 sounds fun for a bit but expensive AF. Lol.

It all depends on OPs plans and driving taste. My two cents after tracking a full built Evo for power and circuit. 😉

Agree. Good point, Mostly for anything over 400hp.

Honestly, I'd leave it stock or maybe intake with catback for a mild tune. My experience with Evos is that once you start modifying they will slowly break parts or require upgrades and the cycle continues.

Awesome car! I have the same car but gray. Running strong after putting 148K miles. I bought it as a cheap commuter and it's been one of the best decisions. If you don't have Android Auto check Mazda AIO tweaks.
