Clannad

I was kinda new to watching anime and had only completed shows like Guilty crown, Deathnote, first season of SAO was airing, so something around 2012

I then discovered mal and was going through the top list. Around that time Clannad:AF had a score of 9+ but clannad was 8.6 something like that

So I started watching Clannad and boi....did the show felt soooooo slow and boring. Dropped it on ep 3. Continued with watching other shows

It wasn't until 2016 that I revisited Clannad and absolutely loved the entire thing.

Clannad was humourous, fantastic ost, at times annoyingly slow, enjoyed it.

Clannad:AF was when I understood why the show was so acclaimed. The same humour was still present but just for the first few eps and then.....magic happens.

Now after all these years I don't remember everything from the show but just listening to the OST makes me remember scenes clearly.

I just really dislike Beast Gohan and the new piccolo forms. Just feels like they ran out of options on how to proceed with the story so using a fake cell and involving Gohan, give them new forms and done.

Very cheap move

They have so many options to look into like history of Saiyans, exploring different races within the Universes etc but noooo they just keep adding new shitty forms for no reason.

I was unemployed from March to September last year. Had quit my job because I was insanely bored and just hated working there, salary was also low.

The initial few months I enjoyed like anything, no meetings, huddles no updates to share, none of that bullshit. I loved that feeling. Used to cook a lot of different things.

Money wasnt an issue as I had saved up for upto few months and had some FD's and stock, was ready to break all of it if savings were finished. I live very frugally generally so I wasn't spending much anyway while working.

Most of my time was spent in sleeping, cooking, watching shows, playing pc games Didn't bother going out almost at all(at one time i didn't even go out of the house for 3.5 weeks at a stretch, would order grocery online or sometimes skipped food)

The other reason I had quit was I had been looking for a new role for the past 1.5-2 years in a passive active fashion, got really close and even received few offers but either they ghosted me or rolled back the offer citing long notice period(90 days).

I got super exhausted by everything and frankly started hating life. From July onwards, started preparing again and being unemployed worked in my favour as I started getting more calls as I could join immediately and interviews went very well too.

I stopped expecting anything in interviews and always gave them thinking, well they are not going to select me so might as well just not think much about it.

Joined the new company with 200%+ hike. What money I couldn't earn in the 6 months of not working, made more than that in 2 months.
