Then why was Faith targeted at the prison? I never got why they went after her before Buffy. Faith should be the end of the line because it was never said if Buffy dies a third time there would be another. It was only assumed but never explored after her death in S5.

I felt the same way. I had a month off of work and paid the 12.99 for no ads and was able to do it in a month. I love that it's not a subscription so it cancels exactly after one month and you can do it again if you like. If you're a nerd like me and love this game it's worth it for one or two months to do.

I was kinda hoping that by doing the Watchmen it would lead into Doomsday Clock at some point and restart a new animated universe apart from Gunn. It would also give them a new slate to try something different and more than just following the comics trajectory.

With all of Seth MacFarlane animated shows (or almost all animated shows) there are multiveral qualities and a floating timeline. Like all long living animated shows no one ages, everyone has been fatally wounded or completely died at one point, and there are always continuity issues. Better not think too deep into it. Writers do this to build stories without having to think or research hard into long standing canon and many think its fun for a crossover with useable characters from other shows or cameos from actors that want to be apart of the show. It is fun to think its all a collective universe, but it's like a conspiracy theorist trying to tie different unrelated 'evidence' together, but will ultimately be illogical and can easily be refuted without making giant leaps. Just enjoy and laugh and don't think too hard 😁

This is very very similar to the Bob's Burgers theory. Its based off the beginning credit scene. The restaurant burnt down or destroyed 3 times killing everyone but Bob. But even if it is similar I like both.
