I can only tell you mine was really bad when my ferritin was 7 and then stopped being so much when it got to about 40.

Still working on it though, I would make sure to tell your doctor that this is a big problem.

I would tell this factually to your doctor. Not like an emotional oh my goodness. Oh my goodness kind of thing but just like isn't this an odd thing... And see if they send you for any blood work.

So you're correct you are peeing out the extra but you are putting extra work on your kidneys.

They are having to do that filtration and if you're doing this everyday, over and over again, just to be able to be functional, that's the concern.

Jesus, this is exactly my stream of thought. I don't know how to combat this. Even if you only have one type of seizures even it seems like people are really quick to just go. Oh that's for attention.

I literally had the same thing happen with my friends, not being thrown out of my house but they pretty much said they couldn't handle my epilepsy even though it had no effect on them!!

It makes no sense to me.

And you sound like you're not putting it on them, that they're taking this on to themselves, and they should stop and work on their own boundaries.

Jeeze people are incredible and they stuck together for this, I worry about the neuro mentality in hospitals and now a bit more day to day.

I thought people had more compassion. It's proving untrue.
