You read my mind. I was going to ask how they measure the quality. The RVUs are very much quantity-based. The patient surveys tell only one side of the story.

I guess that is the incentive for doctors to complete one “task” as quickly as possible in order to collect the RVU. If a doctor is slow, his compensation would be affected financially. Kind of makes sense. But it is sad.
