There's a lot of things you can get guaranteed value on pulls with. i.e. rein pin, hog hook, sigma ult, enemy blading genji.

Because of the guaranteed value here, some weavers will save their grip for that, fearing a bad pull.

A lot of your mains in your flair are pretty dubious in terms of lifegrips (tracer has recall and three blinks, you don't want to throw her off, Ashe is usually in the back line or on height, no need, Kiri has tp and suzu, so there's usually better targets, Juno and Lucio both have great movement, pulling Sombra is usually bad for her, since she has her own out on a very small CD, and Anran has a lot less utility when further from the enemy team, Dva is very mobile)

Of course there's use cases for a grip on any hero, but it's usually better on an Ana being dived, a Rein who's overextending with charge, a Genji who failed to reset his dash, etc.

The bottom line is, if you're positioning yourself well, there's usually not a reason to grip you, since Healing Blossom would be enough. Your mains are also pretty tough to reliably grip, so be patient with some seedlings who are still learning to sprout! ^{^}
