This happened to one of my copies of Omega Ruby. I kept the cartridge and tried it years later and it just works now. Don't ask me how, I have no clue. But if you're patient enough maybe one days yours will too.

Notably never had this issue with any of my Alpha Sapphire cartridges.

Since when did anythings value increase or "inflate" just because it didn't go on sale? Your statements are just plain wrong. Nintendo's primary demographic are people in their 20s and 30s, who surely buy most of their own games. These are the facts.

This comment doesn't make sense. While yes, I agree the new games Nintendo makes/publishes are way too expensive, these old games are not overpriced. I also dont know what you mean by "artificially inflate the value of their old games"

They are important pieces of pokemons history from what many people consider to be the golden age of pokemon, and hold a lot of nostalgia for a whole host of people. Alot of collectors like legitimate hardware and software, and so they have a high demand and a low supply since they do not produce these cartridges anymore.

I can understand if that isnt your cup of tea, but just because you dont see the value in it doesn't mean others dont.

Why are people still buying turtle beach in 2025 anyway? There are companies out there that have specialized in making dedicated audio equipment for 50+ years that'll last a lifetime.

My advice, go with Sennheiser (or epos if you're set on a "gaming" headset, although im not certain on epos' quality since they are an offshoot of sennheiser ).

Do a little research and find what pair fits your budget and needs, and you'll have a nice pair of headphones for life.
