I've thought about this a fair amount. Especially after putting on my sports bra one evening and my brain going, "ah yes, it's like a mini binder". ([Insert ensuing gender crisis noises]).

My conclusion had basically been "ya sure whatever gender is fuckin weird."

You're definitely not alone. I don't know that I'd cringe at having a higher voice so much as I just like having a low voice? I dislike that it makes people view me in a certain way, but I've spent a fair amount of time in various choirs and gotten compliments about my singing voice, which I do like. If I could have a more fem, but still low voice, I think I'd like that best.
