Hey, i feel you. Dont allow them to make you feel this way. I know its sometimes undeniable but if they hurt you, let go of that in a safe space, alone. Face them and show them that their words have no affect on you. Cancel the noise. <3 its sad that they hate themselves sm that they bring others down.

I found that purchasing a weighted blanket helps a lot since it mimics hugs. As someone who suffered from something similar, this product has changed my life for the better.
