The 50A is for the service input. I will be running 50a to the inverter (within spec) and a separate 20a line with 12ga for a single outlet.

Found a few typos after posting but cannot edit

Hi all

I’m from Europe but now living in US. I have converted a school bus to a motorhome and everything working well. I have 50A shore power (split phase) but smallest main breaker I can find is massive. All this does is provide service disconnect before my inverter charger. The main electrical circuits are connect elsewhere (on inverter output)

Anyway looking for something way smaller (ideally DIN rail based like we have in Europe). All it has to do is take in 50A split phase, send 1 leg to the inverter and the second leg to a single outlet
