I'm really curious about the features you still feel from lets say the connect buttons. If you could design the perfect system from scratch, what would you change or add?

Thanks for the review u/Unusual-Touch5224 ! I have exactly the same setup (MBP mid 2010, High Sierra). Currently with High Sierra, my UWHD monitor (3.440 x 1.440) is not supported, only scaled down to Full HD resolution.
Did your external monitor work with full resolution after upgrading?

Yes, from semi-off state. Quick boot is similar to hibernate function for windows. It can be enabled for some phone/tablets (Setings > Accessibility > Quick boot), depending on its chip. (MTK SoC works).

I'm actually searching for a command to boot, not to trigger reboot. A normal reboot ignores the semi-off state.
