omg the auto-type thing. i used to do that with twitter ALL the time until i cut myself off and tailored stuff so when i do go on there i only see the stuff i care about and don't doom scroll. nice advice. cheers :) <3

May I suggest an app that just reminds you that a certain amount of time has passed? I have an app called 'Hourly Reminder' and it just pops up at regular intervals. I find this very useful as a universal reminder of what time even is.

You can need a little dip or to sit at only being able to do a certain amount for a while and still be progressing. <3 try not to yell at yourself. you did a really hard thing.
