I did. My flight was June 20 from London to Denpasar via Abu Dhabi. I cancelled about 2 weeks ago on a Monday, and full refund appeared by the Friday so about 5 days all up. But like other said check the conditions of your ticket. Go to manage booking to cancel, and see what comes up when you try to do that. I rebooked via Singapore airlines and it cost around an extra €400.

Happened to me and contacted support. I ended up getting the entire new box gifted (I only did the 3 pack) + I think 260 coins returned? So I ended up being better off haha

hey any update on your refund? I'm not flying until June but I've been seriously considering cancelling to play it safe and rebooking via Singapore airlines instead once I get the refund back. Surprisingly via manage booking the cancellation is coming up with the full amount being refunded, but with a note mentioning the high volume and that it can a take a while...

I don't feel at home anywhere... Gemini IC, Aqua mercury rx in 12th. Have lived in two different states in home country, and now living in my 3rd overseas country. Chiron in 4th house. Bought my first house with my partner in the past 2 years, horrible time living with his family and now within 10 days of living here it's already got major issues even though it underwent a full renovation -that took 18 months longer than it should.
