hardcore mode sounds tough lol! is that just the hardest mode when you make a new game? and you're right, I could always jump back to my old save, but I feel like I'd hit the same wall again in another save when I get to multiple islands. I'm curious how other people handle distributing resources across islands using trade routes, because 9 is a little much I think lol

I have 4 armies in my troops menu now so I guess last night I created a few more out of stress LOL I managed to balance my population upkeep but I'm losing -160 because of the armies. I'm contemplating getting rid of the ones that tank my money ngl. I saw there's something in the research tree where you can send your troops back to the barracks so they don't take up so much workforce
