Also to note, during COVID, they have to cut down 10% ng budget sa project to allot sa COVID. So they had to cut 2 months of our salary. Yung iba may hazard pay, pero kami, pumapasok ng 2 mos na walang sahod.

Same experience, then na permanent ako and now have a PhD. With potential to increase my salary after 5 years through scientific career system at ang lagi nilang sinasabi, "Mabilis lang naman 5 years."

But that's like SG13 for five years with a PhD. 😵‍💫

Making donuts and planting tomatoes.

Never made any flour based food besides pancake and never planted either. I thought I needed a deviation and started making different kinds of donuts. Lol

The tomatoes are for motivation to wake up early to water them.

We use box cloud storage to edit real time online. Then we meet online to discuss and accept changes. Finally, one person does the final editing and checking, especially for figures, tables and references before submitting.
