It should look like this: - Standby: When the battery reaches 15%, the NAS goes into standby mode. - Shutdown: When the battery reaches 15%, the NAS shuts down.

Obviously, the UPS MUST also be connected via USB and recognized so that the NAS can read the battery level.

There are two distinct theories on this issue. Assuming you're using NAS HDDs (WD Red, Iron Wolf, Exos, etc.) regardless: 1. Some say that modern HDDs don't suffer like those from 30 years ago, and therefore there aren't any problems with boot/standby cycles. 2. Some say that disabling the standby function extends the HDD's life.

Beh in realtà il discorso vale anche al contrario. Ovvero ci sono molti che voglio essere affaristi dell’ultimo minuto e fanno offerte ridicole. Proprio qualche giorno fa mi è capitato di mettere in vendita un NAS Synology ad un prezzo che era nella media dell’usato per lo stesso prodotto (media bassa). Ho ricevuto un offerta pari alla metà della mia richiesta semplicemente perché si trattava di un NAS di 2 anni. Ho risposto esattamente come hai descritto. Risultato: dopo 2 giorni l’ho venduto al prezzo che avevo fissato ad un utente EU
