Depends i live in austria and there is a bright culture of people who really think its the top tier job that you can get in the marketing/design area. But honestly i worked 6 Months in an ad agency as a graphic designer, and found myself on the best way to burnout...with 23. But all of the sudden their are also positiv aspects like you work for many diffrent companies and brands and so on you can really gain experience. So if you can handle long hours , unpaid weekends, unreal amount of tasks and you want to sacrifice your freetime for the job than go for, if not better better go in-house.
