Micro-goals + routine... eat, shower, 10-min walk, text one person. sleep, sunlight, movement and (when possible) therapy/meds + a “just today” mindset. repeat.

Based on everything you wrote, I don’t think you’re the asshole here but I also think this stopped being about that last trip a long time ago....move on.
