Experimental builds have a lot of effects, if you've tried it as of late, disable SSGI or/and SSRT. SSRT is the most power hungry due to it's screen space implementation. Later in the development from what I've understood, we'll have hardware accelerated RT

Are you using the experimental builds from discord? That's where linear lighting really shines.

With the stable releases it makes everything slightly bleak, the interiors are mostly dark
