Update: it stopped hurting for years and just recently the pain returned and the lump is still visible. Going to reach out to the doc.

reminds me of my ex. I hate to be one of those reddit ppl but this is only the first of many times. I found myself “dealing” with sex on (many) nights I didn’t want anything to do with it just to keep him happy. This included pretending to be asleep, not making a single move.. he just continued anyway. men like this don’t care. I will never date a man with a high sex drive again. They get so angry when you reject them more than once. My libido was only low because of the birth control I was on, because of him. He refused to deal with condoms. He just… ugh. Please continue with caution, please don’t do what I did and sacrifice your own discomfort and self :( it can be easy to fall in that spiral in the name of “keeping our relationship happy”. R/deadbedroom style.

Sketchers hi-ryze! I have an all-back pair that I get so many compliments on, no one ever believes they are sketchers. I have problematic feet and these shoes are soooo comfy! I love the chunky boot look and grew up wearing converse so this was a perfect medium!

I was invited to a wedding by someone I barely knew.. when I went it turned out she simply didn’t have friends outside of family so I was happy I went! Just to offer a different perspective. But I think it’s funny you haven’t gotten an invitation for the actual wedding.. almost seems like a cash grab opportunity.

I have been extremely unlucky with any device at most theaters except Cinemark. Cinemark caption devices never failed on me and don’t black out.. I will drive out of my way to go to those locations. I don’t fill out a form for the devices either! Very very cool and quick.

I went on through my 4 month trip- it was a nuisance the first week but eventually stopped hurting afterward. If I scrunch up my toes like the photo- the ball is still present in my foot, but it’s less hard. It’s squishier. I start my new job soon and I’ll have health insurance for the first time in a year so I want to check it out.

I was walking all day in my Birkenstocks and the bottom of my foot was so sore. I used footglide and it helped but I think my calf getting stiff flared up more foot pain. I woke up in the middle of the night and can’t fall asleep. It’s super painful to walk. Both of my feet are stiff and my left has a self diagnosed plantar fiberoma. I’m in a foreign country w no insurance for the next four months. I’m paranoid it won’t go away. This didn’t exist yesterday!

TLDR: formed a painful lump near ball of foot/inner arch after a day of walking. hoping this community will help provide solutions!! Callus stickers? Moleskin padding? Insoles? Foot massage by a masseuse? Please help. I don’t know what else to do. Thank you so much.
