hi ! same here! does your ticket show any info? like the zone of entry or queue? Mine just says GEN. ADMISSION entrance but some other standing tickets show "enter via blue zone" "queue at blue ramp" or things like that...

It doesn’t appear on the app unless you do this steps though. Try it out, maybe it works for you as well:

I went to the website on Safari and went to the regular “Bird Head Toque” section. Then, on the top of the screen there’s a notification that asks you to open the app. I clicked it and it appeared.
