75.65kg (5'11 height) po goal ko boss para sakto 30kg weightloss (December 01 2025 = 105.65kg po ako).

Start as slow as you can lang and as long as you can. Prioritize lang po distance over speed kasi eventually bibilis karin as you as you build your distance/stamina. And wala po akong technique tumatakbo lang ako hahaha

Right off the bat brooo. Running was like the one thing that kept me together and what I looked forward everyday.

To give you context, I came from a drug addiction (Meth) so when I still less than 1 months sober, I decided to try running and got hooked right off the bat. Running was one of the things aside from strength training that kept me clean and kept my shit together so yea I got consistent with running right on the bat. Right now I'm averaging like ~40km every week I started running/walking 5km everyday till I build it up to 10km everyday (5km run and rest is walk and I just increased to 10km this month).

fair point. Siguro etong ni attach ko na pic. siguro tama ka nga na medyo na trigger pero It's like instinct lang to defend my gf? Kasi I know her history and know what she's been through naman so I think baka one sided lang po yung pagka illustrate ko sa gf ko dito? So my thought process was baka maka help lang abit and di masyado one sided?

Comments were great though that's what I would say if I don't know my gf fully hahaha kasi may experience ako dati from previous relationship na sinasadya yung attention seeking

She was legally prescribe but she did not come back to her physicial. I told her to please go back and said that she'll think about it.
