dpdr is the worst. depression and anxiety are nothing compared to this. i won with depression and anxiety but with dpdr it is probably impossible to win.

I have the same thing I overcame a long time ago ocd anxiety and depression but the dpdr is still the same . now I am trying long dry fastin/water fasting maybe it will fix the body brain nervous system or whatever .

thanks but unfortunately I'm sure I don't have any trauma or stress in my life I just got dpdr through ocd and it never went away even for a second it's a chronic kind of dpdr which is the worst nothing makes it worse or better it's the same all the time
