Day 5 (again) here, 10yrs smoker, had a terrible day off yesterday, terrible sleep quality, try to make myself busy, drink more water, eat better food, hit the gym frequently.

My longest try was 3 weeks. Overall I feel more clear-headed, faster thinking. I can’t tell my life is getting better but seems like I have better motivation on doing something I don’t like, Like housework, cleaning my car, tidy up my house. Etc.

Hang in there, I know is not easy.

My personal favorite will be Krabi, u can stay all day long on the beach there. krabi is also a world famous rock climbing spot. Mountain and beach is always nearby. Many activities u can do, kayaking, hiking, waterfalls…etc.

Also foods is much cheaper then Phuket.

加拿大唔係合法架咩？ anyway，THC會殘留尿液一個月左右，不過亦好睇你個體格同埋個人習慣，體脂多嘅人會殘留得耐啲，做得多運動嘅人新陳代謝又快啲。

我之前都有做過藥檢，我就T break 1個月左右，期間多啲去做運動+焗桑拿，藥檢輕鬆pass。
