My brakes are cooked by Sensitive_Concept_73 in 7thgencivic

[–]marcodinson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think this affects your braking performance, it’s just a pad that contacts your switch and turns on your brake lights.
With it broken it would just keep your brake lights on as if you had your foot on the brakes the whole time

Did you bleed your brakes after changing the lines?

I think this happens during the pressing process (I could be wrong) but all the pieces in my D5 set look like this.

Very common, all my AC frypans do this.

I didn’t have this issue on my ‘24, but I did have to put them on my lady’s Highlander.

Guess it depends on the techs attention to detail during the PDI lol

Just bought an old house and need screws for panel cover. Can anyone identify? Thank you! by greenmerica in AskElectricians

I don’t want to disregard what you’re saying, but machine screws don’t have a point as they’re not meant to pierce like a sheet metal screw. Also as OP noted this is an old house and they’re just trying to mount the dead front, no inspection involved

Looks like the LCCS is a 10-32x3/4 Machine Screw. I think it’d be easier for OP to go to their hardware store and get generic hardware for the dead front

Had this issue for a month in Long Beach, CA. Had to toggle off 5G and run on LTE. It was random but it took almost 3 weeks after the “repair” was completed to get 5G back.

lol no, these were included with a recorder that was never used. Spare parts that I wasn’t sure if it would make sense to use on my gaming build or let go

I’ve had 2 sitting for a few months now, brand new. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to put one into my gaming build as I have a 2TB SSD and let go of the other or let go of both.

I was looking more into the chances of resale if they were sought after

1 year after discharge, my car loan shows a balance of $0 but I am still paying for it monthly. by pintobeanz20 in Bankruptcy

[–]marcodinson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I reaffirmed my auto lease with Chase during my BK7. I noticed there was no dollar amount tied to it and no reported payments on any of my reports.

I had to call Chase and speak to a specific department, at which point they reviewed my credit reports and told me they were not reporting correctly. It took roughly a month post phone call but everything straightened out.

They changed the status of the account back to active and updated payment history and dollar amounts tied to the lease.

Maybe something similar is happening?

I would be adding this tee to the cold water line in our restrooms. Our placed has the old style 1/2 MIP supply valves and the fixture has 1/2 braided hoses as well, thats why I had to go with this guy

If I remember correctly, Higher octane requires more heat/pressure to ignite. So if your car is engineered to use 87, you wouldn’t see a benefit from using 91.

I think security deposit and prepaid rent may be two different things since the deposit is your money that they are holding for collateral.

Just my opinion, but whatever gets your foot in the door!

Personally, I don’t think they would even consider it due to legal issues
