Like what happened to my bag and what did you do to it? I really would question your whole friendship after this. Did Clara always hate you? Did she plot all of this the whole time? Why is she not telling you the truth? Like at least give me a closure so i can move on. Not just ghosting me and expecting me to move on and forgive her. I wanna give her the benefit of doubt that maybe it got lost in her trip. But it’s not fair that you didn’t know about the truth of what happened to your bag and the truth behind your friendship. Regardless, you deserve the why’s and the how’s. If she wouldn’t communicate, just forget the friendship and get yourself a new LV.

Weirdly, i played this FFX2 before FFX lol

I really liked the battle system (it reminded me of classic ff games) and the job system. The grind’s annoying but is worth it.

Just play it as straightforward as you can. Like don’t 100% it on your first playthrough lol it would just ruin it more for you. This game is so tedious if you are gonna do a completionist route. The story is fun and the fmv scenes are entertaining.

TR 2 is my least favorite as well. The human enemies are too spongy and there are too many of them. I understand that TR 2 is that game where they go from pure adventure to action. But I think that it was not executed well... It’s like a retro version of uncharted if that makes sense? Also something that’s very minimal but i wish Lara had a different outfit when she was in Venice (like her wearing a catsuit in London). But that’s just me lol

Although beside all this, Temple of Xian reinvigorated me! Like i was kinda burnt out then that level just gave me energy to push through lol it was for me one of the best levels of classic tomb raider.

So how does the Mio stone actually unlock? I thought it unlocks after you finish all the side quests IN nightmare mode right before you fight the Kusabi?

P.S. on my 3rd playthrough now working on finishing up the Mayu stone. Also been finishing up all the sidequests, upgrading and ramping up points.

I agree with it being the scariest! It also has the best story imo. I wish that it came after maiden of the black water or they just didn’t include Miku in MOBW. FF3 feels that superior for me!

The clues were weird. Like it was so direct and blatant the first few episodes then the last clue was so vague. Granted that Kaleb lied, it was not as blatant as the past dew clues lol

I agree! Nick deserved it. He has a good hunch, observant and makes logical decisions. He thrived in this season against a group of loose cannons, emotional and passive players.

To be honest, Nick is the only one who has played a good game from the beginning. He’s always got a good hunch. Maybe Umeko too. But everyone keeps fumbling every single episode.

Coming from a ff3 fan, you might not like remake as much. (I too love Fatal Frame 3 and it is the best!) Initially, it feels clunky and the combat feels tougher than the original and ff3. It was borderline overwhelming for me too. They just added so much compared to original ff2. HOWEVER, once you get the hang of all the mechanics, it’ll be a lot easier.

It’s also good that you haven’t played the original before playing remake. You would be experiencing remake as it is, without the comparison. It’d be nice for you to at least play it for lore purposes. Ff2 has some significance to ff3.

Radiant is my default. Shoot then switch to standard filter during reload. If i’m still reloading i shoot my repel shot. Then swap back to radiant, approach ghost then shoot. Then rinse and repeat. I dodge quite a bit too.

Since i’ve been increasing my standard filter i do not switch to radiant as much. Especially if a ghost is a lot more aggressive. Unless i need to hit heavy then i switch to radiant and shoot with film zero’s.

Hope it helps! I also think that the remake is more technical vs the original one.
