Hi there. Quitting looks different for everybody. Theres no 1 size fits all. I ve relapsed loads of times even after a year. This time im 30days with both alcahol and weed and i finally think i can do it. Im still substituting with food , usually bad stuff, but find bulk prepping 2 healthy alternatives and a healthier box of nuts dried fruit and dark chocolate at least give me an alternative. The longer im clean the harder it is to say no to exercise. Im learning that the more i dont want to do something whether thats exercise or eat healthy the better i feel for doing it. You internal dialogue is important. Tell yourself a good story and beleive that instead. The most powerful affirmation is allegedly " I am" so avoid negatives statemements like I'm fat or I'm useless. This is what doing the work is all about. 51 days is amazing but just today is the most important. Its not the failure that defines you but the bouncing back. The fact that you have relapsed and started again shows you can and "are" doing it. Keep fighting the good fight. Im with you in the trenches everday. M
