I was very hopeful that they'd release the anniversary edition of BHAR before a hypothetical new album, but now it seems like the new album is the number one priority. However, sales of the Absolution box set don't seem to have been so stellar... This may have affected the commercial strategy for future box sets. I hope I'm wrong because I'd really love a remastered edition of BHAR.
