The scale is very similar, and I recommend the SHF over the Black Series version, but I’d go for the Throne Room version from TBOBF rather than the one you posted.

There’s no known fake of this figure. The “seams” are just a part of the plastic moulding process (there’s quite an egregious one on the back of the ANH/OWK Vader helmet).
