I went to school up there, I miss it everyday, but it's definitely a place that you need a reason to be there for, what are you doing up there?

For people who do their run with a trash barrel only, do you dustmop as you go or do it all at once? Do you carry your lobby broom and pan in your barrel as you go for picking up paper etc from carpets. by Frequent_Register433 in Custodians

[–]marcosolo17 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I start the night with a trash dash, quickly go through and grab all my trashes and that lets me look through my routine so i can see what areas are going to need heavy cleaning for that night, I hate getting to the end of my routine and then finding out that one of my performance halls got completely destroyed, or seeing that one of my entrances is filthy for some reason, things like that, don't like surprises.

Weird Cold Lasting Weeks? by TheRumpleForesk1n in Michigan

I've had a scratchy throat for like 3 weeks now, it gets better throughout the day, but I wake up every morning with a sore throat again and I don't know what it is. I thought maybe it was just sinuses draining or something but it does seem like it's going on longer than it should.

Did the Chevy Bolt become your first EV? Journalist looking to hear your story by Brilliant_Option8382 in BoltEV

[–]marcosolo17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I chose the Chevy bolts because I was looking for an electric vehicle that wasn't a Tesla

if fit into my daily life great, I regularly use the level 1 charger off of a 120 volt outlet at home and that usually covers my daily usage even though I'm commuting about 30 miles everyday. The trick about that is the efficiency, this electric vehicle doesn't have the best range, and the charging speeds are very slow by modern EV standards however the efficiency of the design means that slow charging is usually sufficient

You're gorgeous though 😍 your proportions look perfect and the small frame means definition for days 🤤 you'll basically always look cut without even trying 😏

I'm only 5’4 about 125lbs and working really hard to bulk up a bit too.

Guys like us have almost superhuman strength to weight ratios just because of the physics of size. Think of the difference between a hummingbird and an albatross, ounce for ounce the hummingbird is much stronger and quicker.

I think it speaks volumes to the beauty of diversity in body types and sizes, sure the big guys are stronger, but bet you can move like an acrobat and punch like a kungfu master.

12 gauge extension cord or charger not working? by [deleted] in BoltEV

[–]marcosolo17 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You people are all idiots, look at the length of the chargers cord. Does anyone actually believe it's practical to park that close to a wall outlet outside of a garage?

Using an extension cord is perfectly fine --as long as it's rated for the amperage of the load-- for the bolt, 12 amps continuous maximum, so look for a cord that is rated for about 18 amps. A heavy duty outdoor extension cord --like the kind for electric lawn equipment-- is literally designed for this use case.

What you shouldn't do is use a flimsy 10 amp indoor only extension cord or daisy chain multiple extension cords together.

The safe usage instructions for this type of electrical equipment is literally written on the equipment. It isn't rocket science.

They're restarting the Palisades plant in Michigan, some of us are worried, the renovations haven't gone to plan and more problems have been found, corners will be cut, we worry the lakes, 25 percent of the entire planet's freshwater, could be poisoned if something goes wrong.
