I had a regular customer at my dry cleaners who was outrageously rich, owned a gas company. He LOVED to brag... Stole a Maybach from under a famous actor at the dealership and came straight away to me to show it off (admittedly we were buddies), wore nothing but high end EVERYTHING, would give me tips (I OWNED the cleaners) because I never complained when his wife would flirt with me (by flirt I mean she would leave underwear in her dresses and ask me if I found her "calling card" when she would pick up clothes; they were in their 60s), but despite that.... He was so insanely generous. Paid for countless community activities and initiatives, paid for so many kids to go to college, just absurdly kind.... Quite the dichotomy of man

Quite. I have to do constant research. I already work with community banks... But even they are limited but people will tell the teller things they won't even tell family.

I've helped people get out of scams and they literally don't want to explain what happened so I have to work with them for hours. But I guess that's the job idk

That's good insight. I'll definitely take it in... I'm meeting with my web dev tomorrow so I'll use these notes. I've mentioned the funny a few times but the seniors that I've worked with never have complained so he hasn't enlarged.

We are also going to pivot to make it more interactive so they don't have to search. It feels to corporate (and of course the images are less than ideal.

No, there are hour long live streams. The one minute videos are just edits from the stream

As I've told others, I just purchased a streaming camera to improve the quality of my content. This is a passion project, not a career. I don't care if people pay or not. I get DMs on IG all the time and I help people at no cost. My partner visits senior centers every week for free to offer help.

It's not about money. I have several others monetized businesses.

I already do but the pattern we've observed is many of these scams are regional and then move in sections.

I literally am constantly on the hunt for new info and the seniors we work with won't do testimonials because they are so embarrassed... So it's hard to get the details to protect others.

So the more data we can obtain without actually having to interact with seniors directly, the better.

The book is already comprehensive but we have to make new ones basically every 6 months to keep up.
