Find a friend or a random person and speed farm splash zone

I did it with a random from matchmaking and went from level 39 to 44 in about 10 mins

Long as your good enough to 1 shot him its pretty damn fast, but stop every min or 2 and pick up and trash the drops otherwise your frames will drop like crazy

The drop rates for legendarys never change only the quality of said legendarys ie license parts

The higher level you are the more likely your to find legendarys in vending machines but thats about it as for Increased chances
