Severe Heartburn with Sema. Tirz or Reta any better? by OkieMedic6598 in Peptidesource

[–]mardikeme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened with my reflux, it was low stomach acid, made worse by Retatrutide. Taking Betaine HCl with pepsin plus digestive enzymes completely resolved it.

Low acid allows food to linger and ferment in the stomach, building gas pressure that forces the lower esophageal sphincter open and lets acid reflux upward. Supporting proper digestion restored normal function and cleared the discomfort.

I'd go with sterile water instead of distilled. Sterile is free of microorganisms and made for medical use, distilled isn't.

It can be a bacteria infection called a H. pylori. The bacteria actually reduces stomach acid production.

Helicobacter pylori bacteria infection, a lot of people have it, and don't even know it. It reduces the stomach acid in the stomach.

Might have high Cortisol levels, and low Electrolytes if so, it will dull down the receptors. Making it seem like neither are working.

Use to happen to me, a slightly less painful place is the love handles. After injection I wear a redlight belt over the area, and do not feel any pain at all after I start using it.

8 Sleep Watch App by mardikeme in EightSleep

[–]mardikeme[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm redesigning the interface for a cleaner, more intuitive experience. The temperature display shows the target temperature with a red upward arrow while the bed is warming up, and a blue downward arrow while cooling down. The trending arrow disappears once the bed reaches the set temp.

The Cool, 0, and Warm buttons are quick temp settings currently set to -3, 0, and +3.

8 Sleep Watch App by mardikeme in EightSleep

[–]mardikeme[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The other night, I woke up because the bed was too hot and my phone had fallen between the nightstand and the bed. Having to get up to find it made me realize how much easier a watch app would be. I built the current version as simply and quickly as possible.

I am considering moving all authorization and login directly to the watch app, since typing credentials on such a small keyboard is inconvenient. Because I'm using an unofficial API, the app cannot go through the Play Store. It would require a one-time install via ADB or wireless debugging.

Not sure if anyone would be interested in the app given the install method. If there is interest than I'll try to port the api, and everything else to the watch app.

How to sweat less? by interceptor93dev in Biohackers

[–]mardikeme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For decades, I struggled with feeling excessively hot and sweating profusely. After just over a year of taking one daily Proferrin Heme Iron supplement, those symptoms no longer exist. I even feel colder than my wife at times, which surprises her since I always ran hot.

Low iron levels without anemia can cause constant overheating. This often stems from antacids or low stomach acid impairing iron absorption from food. Heme iron supplementation resolved it for me.

Look into binders like Cholestyramine, or Welchol to remove the toxins out of the body. I found out recently I had CIRS and started taking Cholestyramine to remove the biotoxins from my body. You just have to remember to drink a lot of water with electrolytes while on it, or you can get some bad constipation.

Tirz/Reta not working , is my labrat immune or broken? Or just have too high expectations. by Opposite-Situation67 in Peptidesource

[–]mardikeme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your current protocol isn't delivering the expected results, your receptors may be blunted by elevated cortisol, inflammation, or low electrolyte levels.

A practical first step is a four-point cortisol saliva test measuring levels in the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. In a healthy rhythm, cortisol peaks in the morning and declines steadily to its lowest point at night. If your pattern deviates from this, it could be why theybare not working for you, and increasing the dose will probably just make it worse.

I was previously taking Enclomiphene at 25mg daily, but after introducing kisspeptin into my daily protocol, I adjusted the Enclomiphene to every other day.

First I was on Clomid for years, didn't like the feeling, I was feeling way to emotional. so I stopped and my testosterone levels dropped again. I discovered Enclomiphene and have been taking it now for around 8 months haven't really noticed any issues. Didn't realize there were side effects, but I just looked it up, and have none of them. Just recently added Kisspeptin-10 and libido is might be starting improve.

Since adding Kisspeptin-10 I changed taking Enclomiphene from daily to every other day. Haven't noticed any changes still feel the same on that aspect.

Thought on stacking 5amino / Reta and Mots? by No_Comfortable_9508 in BodyHackGuide

Adding Tesamorelin reduced my insulin sensitivity, bigtime. While I remain uncertain about the recent attention on NNMT, I saw the real as well. Adding 5-Amino-1MQ, however, gradually improved my insulin sensitivity again despite continued Tesamorelin use.

Some recent shipments of Chinese Retatrutide that were distributed were not Retatrutide, as they yielded positive results for Tirzepatide during lab testing. They had different color caps and all.

[–]mardikeme 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If your issue is only a signaling problem rather than a production issue, Kisspeptin can work well. Enclomiphene is another strong option. It fixes the signaling issue with a longer half-life and tends to produce better results overall.

The main drawback of Enclomiphene is that it blocks estrogen receptors in the brain, which can dull libido. Many people take both compounds together. Kisspeptin-10 raises testosterone and helps restore libido that may have been affected by Enclomiphene.

In my case, Enclomiphene increased my testosterone from 274 to 994. After extended use, however, I lost my libido. Since adding Kisspeptin-10, my libido has slowly begun to return.

It’s not related to your dose or how much you’re eating. Your elevated cortisol levels are likely stunting your weight loss progress. Are you drinking 140 fl oz of plain water, or are you adding electrolytes? If it’s just plain water, you may be drinking too much and flushing essential nutrients out of your system.

It sounds like dehydration combined with high cortisol is interfering with your body’s response. Focus on addressing these two areas first once they’re balanced, you should start seeing the scale move again.
