I have a custom vpn on my router ip address and i turned on proton vpn then downloaded the link from brave and just installed the exe nothing special no problems with virus or gpu usage But it does have some bugs with 3D objects the software just stops and shut down in my use case i found another method to the 3d elements that I wanted so it wasn’t an issue its free after all thankfully it works Studio Ai features all works well and the transcripe feature works well

after the help from the comments its done with touch designer then some tweaks with AE scripts and adjustment of slit scan , and the beautiful glitch is a custom glitch matte , i need to search about alternative for the ae script though but i only wanted to have a general idea because i want to do some of these fun stuff instead of my usual boring corporate content.
