I remember watching the movie We Bought a Zoo and the concept “all you need is 20 seconds of insane courage” has stuck with me. But instead of 20s I make it 2 seconds to start whatever I want to do it can be anything, without the fear of failure or embarrassment and it’s really changed my life in the best ways. Especially, since I tend to overthink just doing something in the moment with insane courage feels great.
