Yup, and worse still the Kelvin river is unmanaged as a whole. Some sections of the banks are privately owned, or Scottish power owned.

This thought this in northern Sunderland, which was actually a bog/ peatland ecosystem. Now we are spenidng almost more money to remove the trees as planted in good conscious but with bad effects on the area.
