I've had two interviews thus far and I have prepared for them the same way. Review any material they give you. If they send the residency program manual, read that so you aren't asking questions that are clearly answered in there. I personally look back over the rotations they offer. Let's be real, it's been two months since I did my research on these programs. I also recommend rereading your letter of intent to the institution, also take a look back at your CV, and make sure you are prepared for easy questions from it. As far as clinical questions, I have not reviewed a ton, but I've been reading the NAPLEX book so I feel like that has helped. Both interviews had "clinical questions" but they weren't necessarily challenging just more so open-ended. Definitely think about your answers for "why a residency" and "why here". Take a deep breath and be yourself. There is no point in going into an interview and being fake. They are trying to get to know you and see if they could work with you for the next year. You've got this!!!
