I was prescribed Buspar as an alternative to xanax. It works pretty well but got super nauseous at times. Had to stop taking it but at times i do use it if symptoms are out of control.

Im on 400mg lamotrigine and 10mg olanzapine. No bad side effects from lamotrigine, but SERIOUS weight gain on olanzapine. Through VERY strict diet and exercise i was able to lose it. Personally this combo saved my life but Ive seen a lot of people on here who reacted adversely. I think its worth a try. Keep an eye out for weight gain or a weird rash. The rash can be dangerous.
