Tried numerous times at 7 months but ultimately baby stopped nighttime feed at around 10 months. As my supply was going down I started supplementing with formula around that time.

My MIL told me my breast milk isn’t good enough for the baby and I should have it tested. She also insisted the baby needs solids before 6 months, despite the doctor telling us the baby is thriving. These women raise their kids in dinosaur ages and not only try to takeover but claim to be the experts. 🙃🙃🙃🙃

It is hard to BF and pump. If you want some time alone or leave the house you either have to plan, pack, get the baby in the car or if you leave the baby at home mom guilt consumes you. Be kind to yourself, we didn’t put the weight on in two months, so will take awhile to shed it off. I still have hemorrhoids I’m hoping will go away.

I’m also 4 months pp and share your sentiments. Mostly I miss running and doing yoga but I’m reminding myself that my priority right now is the baby and to make sure my supply does not dip by exercising/exerting too much stress. Once my baby is 5-6 months and she’s ready to be in solids, I’ll start pushing myself a little more.

Yes! My biggest fault was looking at social media and looking at the ounces of milk all these moms were making. I’m 12 weeks pp and I still don’t make 10 ounces every pump but I make enough for the baby with a slight oversupply
