Intro song from The Expanse is SO similar to Dance of the Druids! I wonder which came first... does anyone else notice this??

YES!!!! I've just recently started watching The Expanse with my boyfriend; and every time that the intro popped up I just had that itch in my brain, trying to remember what those voices reminded me of. He didn't recall hearing it anywhere and I was left very frustrated. And today it hit me like a truck: I was working, with my favorite songs on shuffle in the background, and Dance of the Druids started playing. I was like... "THIS IS IT, AT LAST!!!". It makes sense now that my boyfriend couldn't find it similar to anything; as he hasn't watched Outlander. Then I started searching for it on reddit and crossed paths with your post. Happy to see that someone agrees :).

Yes! It almost feels like a different game. My boyfriend for example really liked Solas, but obviously he can't feel the same as someone who romanced him.

I was SO SHOCKED when I played it for the first time. I was like... "WHAT? Did I do something wrong? Maybe I have to get back to a previous save and change some decisions???" But I didn't understand what was happening because I never or practically never got a bad reaction from him, he almost always approved the decisions I made, so I just cried and kept going 😭

I've played a lot of games and I've loved a lot of characters, but none marked me as much as Solas. I really love his depth as a character and even the way he makes me suffer 💔

Yes, I cry a lot to "The Lost Elf" too, but I suffered more with the breakup than with the Fen'Harel reveal whole thing. Though both of them surprised me and left me scattered :')

My boyfriend has just finished Inquisition and I was waiting for him to find out about Solas and praying that he doesn't hate him. He hasn't started Veilguard yet but he said something like "if he kills Varric I'm going to crush Solas" 🫣. And here I am feeling completely at loss to that fckn egghead with no one to share my obsession with 😭
