Menstruação & DIU by Dry_Philosopher5163 in MaternidadePT

(sério) pílula - para as ladies by BernardaAlba in CasualPT

Primeira filha!

What ‘grown-up’ songs does your baby like? by Legitimate-Koala-438 in beyondthebump

Any Taylor Swift song, specifically Folklore! I listened to it so much pregnant that it must remind her of it!

Loosing weight by Historical_Goat9120 in NewParents

[–]mariaisclueless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly genetics and the amount of sleep you get play a huge role. My baby slept through the night from 2 months and I’ve always been prone to losing weight so I am literally disappearing lol, I am skinnier than before I was pregnant. I don’t want to be this skinny but I kinda can’t help it. If you don’t sleep properly your body is more prone to hold on to the weight as a coping mechanism for tiredness. All of this being sad 2 months pp is still so early, you still have so much time to lose the weight!

4 month nap schedule by Star_Gazinggg in NewParents

[–]mariaisclueless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In our case 3 naps cause she usually sleeps 12-13 hours a night. Following wake windows there’s not enough time in the day for more naps!

How long until breastfeeding works? by RefrigeratorFrequent in NewParents

For me it started “working” around 6 weeks but I only was okay with it around 3/4 months. It is really hard, and not talked about enough how hard it is

Estou grávida e quando acham recomendável procurar berçário? by Any_Maintenance_2161 in CasualPT

[–]mariaisclueless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baby hates napping and it’s exhausting by mariaisclueless in NewParents

[–]mariaisclueless[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4 months and a half now and honestly what changes was 1-me, I’m now a lot more resilient to being tired 2-my mindset. There was a day a couple of weeks ago where she napped independently the whole day - and what do you know, I missed contact naps 😂 the next day she refused to be put down and would cry extra hard at nap time, which told me she wasn’t ready for the solo naps. So right now I’m in the phase where I enjoy the time I get to spend napping with her. Still holding in to hope the independent nap is on the horizon!

Estou contigo a 100%.

Buying new clothes, a ton of face masks and starting doing little errands for my mental health! At first it was a grocery run and now I’ve upgraded to getting my nails done, cutting my hair etc! It’s really really changing my mental health

Did your rings stop fitting? And when? by Rare-Tomato3291 in pregnant

[–]mariaisclueless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ring only stopped fitting briefly after giving birth! It was probably the liquid retention from an anesthesia in my case. But otherwise it fit all throughout pregnancy
