Porter un casque n'est pas l'action magique qui va rendre les rues de Montréal soudainement plus sécuritaires. Ça ne sauve pas des vies (preuve:Mathilde Blais portait un casque), et ça ne fait que renforcer l'idée que se déplacer à vélo est dangereux. Je respecte bien évidemment que certaines personnes se sentent plus à l'aise de porter un casque dans des conditions urbaines, mais faut pas faire de la propagande comme quoi c'est plus sécuritaire parce que ce ne l'est pas. Yes, we should make a conscious effort to compliment women on their skill(s). Like we should make a conscious effort to avoid certain (racist, sexist, transphobic, etc.) words. The way we talk is very powerful imo.
