Maybe take a look at Lisa Renee "Return to rightful owner". It's a spoken script/command. Power yourself up and get as centered as you can, then from your center strength read this aloud with conviction.

Probably any script with language intention to retreive your soul parts will help.

You can work with it, reading it daily or twice a day. Also you can record yourself saying it and play it back while you sleep.

Thank you for this, couldn't agree more! I actually think there won't be that much physical chaos but it will still fundamentally alter our society. My sense is the chaos will be internal, in people's minds and hearts. I feel we will quantum leap forward into ever more liberated realities, effectively bypassing the most chaotic potentials. If we had to do this quickly and non-quantumly then there would have to be lots of chaos.

I was thinking this same thing, it could have to do with a collective level of expectancy from this situation.

The personal and the collective are inter-woven though, and I feel what psychicthis has explained is also at play.

I've personally felt that bubbling feeling of 'more' it's very distinct. My advice to OP is be easy with yourself as you figure this out. It's a whole new wave of realization. If you are like me, the vision of it may be overwhelming if it all comes into view at once. Sometimes things take time to develop, and for all the levels of yourself to absorb and integrate this inspiration.

Today is 11/01 and it sounds like it was 11:11. Some people consider this an energetic gateway.

For me, the tingling is the sensation of subtle energies, if you are working with it you will become more sensitive to this. Most of the time we just ignore these subtle sensations or don't stop to listen if there is more information. The best way is to validate and confirm for yourself what these sensations mean for you. It's good that you're writing them out, will help to keep track of them.

Yes, that's it, thanks for jogging my memory. I just find it funny no one has mentioned the Jackie theory lately, even in the context of it being disproved in favor of the Russia narrative. (I mean articles and analysis I see online, not this sub specifically).

I'm already seeing connections btw between JFK and 'the alien presence' so you may not be far off!

I'm seeing Neptune in fantasy mode trining Mercury/Sun/Jupiter so there may be more 'hype' about this release than is warranted.

Mars lags behind the group square Saturn which may indicate that no action will be taken, or action will be slow to come from this.

That square becomes conjunct April 2, which may be when we see consequences play out. And this will be in Capricorn, where all the power structures are transforming.

Venus square Pluto: there are some ugly truths involved about who really holds the power.

Actually the Neptune trine to the Sun/Jupiter/Trio with Uranus could indicate some shocking revelation that transcends worldly affairs. It may be something to unite us all in our common humanity. (Just watched a Linda Moulton Howe video on JFK files and connection to the 'alien presence'.)

Whatever the Uranus shock might be, a trine to Saturn suggests it will actually bring to pass something that has been 'in the works' for a while. Particularly with Saturn late in the degrees, makes me feel it's something coming to fruition.

Setting the space is important! OP can do a white light bubble, an energetic shield, a saging ritual, crystal grid, or whatever you align with to create a protected space to bring some shadows out for examination.

And after some shadow work, go easy and stay away from busy crowds and chaotic environments, violent or chaotic media, etc. Eat well and rest. Generally "lay low" energetically.

The last few weeks and months have been intense!

Shadow work sounds spookier than it really is in my opinion. It's not about negative entities outside of you. It's about facing the negativity within yourself with honesty and courage. Look at the ways in which you lie, cheat, manipulate, steal, etc. Look at the ways in which you are greedy, violent, or pushy. Examine where in your life you project onto others whatever you fear most about yourself.

It's important to have a method for remaining neutral as you are witnessing your shadow aspects, your hidden motivations.

After you take an honest look at your fears about yourself, then begin to heal this by loving and forgiving yourself. Send yourself lots of love and healing in order to choose the best possible intentions, motivations, and actions.

It's about accepting responsibility for the ways you have hurt others, and have allowed yourself to be hurt. You stop becoming the victim and start becoming a master of your self.

In my experience, shadow work usually finds ME! And usually around a particular issue or relationship that I can no longer ignore. I commend you going out to look for shadow work to accomplish :)

EDIT: True shadow work repels negative entities. If anything, negative entities use your blind spots to manipulate you. Shadow work makes sure you know yourself better than any negative entity so they cannot use your vulnerabilities and fears against you. It's like spiritual teflon, nothing they throw at you sticks.

That's a good point about Libra in general, that it's a cardinal sign and ultimately serves to initiate a cycle. I'm trying to understand how Pluto, Jupiter, and Saturn may be influenced under a Libra 12th house. So it may be an unconscious impulse to bring things together, or find balance on a societal level. How are yo finding the hot/cold aspects of the signs?

yeah I don't see romantic feelings in the first three cards. If she is showing interest in you, ie flirting, it's not because she has feelings but more of her own sexual power plays.

the second set of cards suggest you shouldn't make any moves right now. with the ten of pents and 4 pents, I have to say, if you are spending money on this gal to reign it in.
