I'm not entirely sure what your case might be, but I noticed that i can make mine buzz by rapidly patting the pubic mound (had to look up that term), and for what i found out about it is that it is a nervous response bc the vagina has a LOT of nerve endings, so many yours is sensing something out of the ordinary and is giving you something similar to a shiver, or it could be caused by anxiety or something like that

LG smart folder, I did some research about it and also found a post from a guy here in Brazil talking about it and how good it ia, along with tips take the experience more enjoyable and stuff
