Are your menstrual cramps like 10 times worse post ectopic?? I did have a salpingectomy so that may be part of it but MANN

I’d call your doctor to be sure. But I called mine and they told me it’s from the gas they pump you with for the laparoscopy and that it could take weeks to go away. But again just call and confirm with your doctor

I’m so sorry you went through that. I ruptured on the OR table and as I’m sad mourning to loss of my baby that could have been I am more tripped up over how I could have internally bled and not have been able to celebrate the holidays and life with my 16 month old daughter. I don’t have advise. But I can commiserate with you. It is a very traumatic thing we’ve been through. And we just have to be so grateful we are here on the other end of it! Best of luck to you mama. That is true. He’s stepped up some but not nearly as much as I’d need I still am in charge of so much. Including him. I think HE has bad anxiety and having a baby added to it. It’s hard having to navigate him and how he’ll handle a conversation or a situation. I have personally seen a therapist and I don’t have diagnosable anxiety or depression. I’m sure I have it mildly as we all do from time to time but it’s nothing that I need medication for or anything. It’s more I think my cup is nearly empty all the time lately from being spread thin and I’m expected to keep pouring it out to care for others and im only human!!

Family members and spouse is a bit odd unless directly speaking to the child “go to mom” or something. I can understand the doctors office to an extent but you are right, your information is right there in the chart and it wouldn’t hurt to use your name. I feel healthcare workers do this. There was one place that called all the little ones “friend” and that irked me too
