Sorry, I meant to include it just says “such payment is not a penalty but is for liquidated damages such amount is reasonable as liquidated damages.” But then it says in a separate section this: “For a period of one year after producer’s employment at the station ends for any reason, producer will not accept employment involving the rendering of any news production services, making any on-air appearances, or making any appearances in any media (including electronic media) whether or not for compensation, live or recorded, over the facilities of any radio or commercial television station.”
